Many of our competitors boast about cheaper rates, fancy sounding programs, monthly inspections, and unachievable “guarantees”. A great company will lay out all of the fees involved in managing your Phoenix investment property up front. Our Phoenix Property Management services include:
- Flat $75 per month management fee (We often run discounts when you start out, as we need your vacant homes for the hundreds of prospective tenants that call us every week!)
- $0 cash at signup for occupied homes (No set-up fee, we can begin with zero out-of-pocket costs for you)
- $300 marketing fee (includes sign, lockbox, flyers, marketing video, all online ads)
- $300 leasing commission (Not paid until we get your property leased)
- 6 MONTH TENANT GUARANTEE! If a HomeQwik approved tenant vacates your home within 6 months, you get the next lease with NO marketing fee and NO management fees until a new lease is signed.
